【Abstract】 Any existing dam contains potential risks.The intent of dam safety management is to control risks.The dam safety monitoring is the key link of the dam safety management.An integral dam safety monitoring system must be composed of the following three systems: the data measurement system for monitoring the instruments and equipments;the monitoring data collection system(including data transmission);the monitoring data analysis system(including data management,data analysis,data interpretation,safety evaluation and assistance decision-making).The development of dam safety monitoring and controlling technique requires a common collaboration of the experts and scientists from various aspects concerned.更多还原
