南水北调西线工程的TBM选型探讨

【摘要】 结合南水北调西线工程的地质条件及环境和气候特点,从隧洞衬砌型式、施工总工期、开挖直径、通风、出碴、洞内材料运输、设备投资、开挖单价、刀具费用以及同一台TBM实现开挖直径可变性等方面对TBM的选型进行探讨,以供南水北调西线工程施工方法和TBM选型决策时参考。

【Abstract】 Considering the environmental,climatic and geological conditions of the West Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,the type selection of the TBM for the construction of the project is discussed herein in the aspects such as the tunnel lining method,total construction period,tunneling diameter,ventilation,mucking,material transport in the tunnel,equipment investment,unit price of excavation,cutter consumption,as well as realizing the variation of the tunneling diameter only with one TBM,etc.,so as to provide a reference for the decision-making on both the construction method and the TBM type selection.
