【Abstract】 The flood control and dike management system in Anqing City is a basic framework of flood control command sys-tem.It is built using the technologies of GIS,database,network,dynamic simulation,dynamic programming,etc.The system comprises a dike information management sub-system,a dike risk analysis sub-system and an urban flood risk management sub-system with real-time rainfall database and structure database as the supporting factors.It will play an important role in flood control and dike management for Anqing City,Anhui Province.更多还原
