基于共现分析的历史自然灾害关联研究

【摘要】 当一种自然灾害发生后,为了防止次生灾害的发生,提出了基于共现分析的自然灾害的关联研究方法。根据灾害发生的时间跨度与先后次序构造灾害的时间共现矩阵表,在Jaccard指数与归一化方法的基础上提出一种新的灾害共现率的计算方法,即CO指数,并以此计算灾害间相互引发的概率,通过灾害间的引发率构造次生灾害的危害度,为灾害预警提供决策支持。通过对9种历史灾害记录的仿真分析,验证了算法的合理性与有效性。

【Abstract】 To prevent the occurrence of secondary disasters after a natural disaster,a correlation research method of natural disasters is proposed based on co-occurrence analysis.Firstly,time co-occurrence matrix is structured based on the time span and the order of disasters,then based on the Jaccard index and normalization method,a new calculation method of disasters co-occurrence rate is proposed,i.e.CO index,it is used to calculate the trigger rate between the disasters,the degree of the secondary disasters is built based on the trigger rate,it decision support is provided for disaster warning.At last combined the examples,the rationality and validity of this algorithms is verified by nine historical disaster records.
