【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤核除术中应用棒球式缝合对出血量及术后恢复的影响。方法将2016年2月—2018年7月收治的86例行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤核除术患者根据缝合方式不同分组,观察组43例患者采用棒球式缝合,对照组43例患者采用连续缝合,对两组患者出血量、术后恢复等情况观察比较。结果两组患者手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组手术过程中的出血量及术后胃肠功能恢复、下床活动、住院的时间比对照组明显更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术前的血红蛋白水平无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组术后1 d的血红蛋白水平明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为2.33%,明显低于对照组16.28%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.961,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤核除术中应用棒球式缝合不会延长手术时间,但是能促进术后恢复,减少术中出血量,预防并发症发生,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of baseball suture on the amount of bleeding and postoperative recovery in laparoscopic u-terine fibroids. Methods 86 patients undergoing laparoscopic uterine fibroids who underwent surgery from February 2016 to July 2018 were divided according to the suture method. 43 patients in the observation group were treated with baseball suture, and 43 patients in the control group were treated with continuous suture. The bleeding volume and postoperative recovery of the two groups were ob-served and compared. Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups( P>0.05). The amount of bleeding during operation and the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function, getting out of bed, and hospitalization were sig-nificantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in preoperative hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P >0.05). The hemoglobin level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The postoperative complication rate was 2.33% in the observation group, lower than the control group of 16.28%,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.961, P <0.05). Conclusion The use of baseball-style suture in laparoscopic uterine fibroids can not prolong the operation time, but it can promote postoperative recovery, reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, prevent complications, and it is worth promoting.更多还原
