某大型火力发电厂主厂房抗震性能分析

【摘要】 钢筋混凝土框排架结构是我国火电厂主厂房常用的结构形式,由于其质量和刚度分布不均匀,为了保证电厂运行功能在罕遇地震下不中断,对火电厂主厂房结构进行弹塑性地震响应分析显得尤为重要。以某实际工程为研究对象,在结构的动力特性分析的基础上,本文采用基于纤维模型理论的大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS对火电厂主厂房结构的抗震性能进行了较为详细和全面的分析。分析结果表明:结构在7度罕遇地震作用下能够满足"大震不倒"的设防要求,研究为弹塑性地震响应分析方法在火电厂主厂房结构中的应用提供了成功的工程案例,其分析结果可为火电厂主厂房结构的抗震设计提供重要依据。

【Abstract】 Frame-bent structure is the structural form that is frequently used in the main mill building of a thermal power plant,due to the characteristics of the mass and stiffness maldistribution,it is particularly important to research the elastic-plastic seismic response analysis to ensure the normal operation of power plant. Taking a practical project as the research object,this paper uses the large general finite element software ABAQUS,in which the fiber model is used to research the structural seismic performance under rare earthquake and the deformation and mechanical characteristics of elastoplastic model throughout the earthquake effect,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method is verified on the basis of the structural dynamic characteristics. The analysis results show that the seismic fortification standard of "no collapse under strong earthquake"can be achieved and the results can provide important basis for design. A successful engineering case was provided for the elastic-plastic seismic response analysis method in the application of nuclear power factory workshop structure.
