钢管混凝土柱节点灌浆套筒连接装置设计及应用

【摘要】 钢管混凝土柱节点连接是装配式钢管混凝土组合剪力墙结构的薄弱环节,直接影响结构体系的整体性能和推广应用。提出了一种新型的钢管混凝土柱灌浆套筒连接方法,从其设计与受力原理的分析出发,对其设计参数、细部构造及应用范围进行详细说明。该连接方式具有受力明确、施工简便及连接可靠等特点。此外,介绍了该套筒式连接方式的实际应用与试验概况,试验表明,该连接方式满足工程连接安全性和可行性的要求。

【Abstract】 The joint connections of concrete filled steel tube column are the weak link in prefabricated composite shear wall with concrete filled steel tube columns,it affects the integrative performance,popularization and application of the structure system directly. A new type of grout sleeve connection method for concrete filled steel tube column is proposed. starting from the analysis of its design and mechanical principle,the design parameters,detail structures and application range of this new connection were detailed. And this type of connection has such characteristics as definite load conditions,convenient construction and reliable connection. Furthermore,practical applications and experimental situations of this sleeve connection are also introduced. The test results indicate that the joint connection can satisfy the requirements for safety and feasibility of engineering connection.
