生命线系统在城市防震减灾能力标定中的评价方法研究

【摘要】 生命线系统在城市防震减灾和震后功能恢复中起着至关重要的作用,生命线系统的抗震能力是影响城市防震减灾能力标定的重要部分。本文在已有的研究成果和震害经验的基础上,建立了生命线系统影响城市防震减灾能力标定的指标体系,并根据其在地震中的破坏特点,确定了最终的指标权重;然后参考生命线系统的评价标准,提出了生命线系统对地震灾害损失的影响评价方法。

【Abstract】 Lifeline system plays an important role in the earthquake preventin and disaster reduction and the functional recovery alter the eqrthquake in urban Seismic capacity of lifeline system is an important part affecting calibration for urban earthquake disaster reduction capacity. This thesis has established an indicator system for city capacity calibration of seismic prevention and disaster mitigation effected by lifeline system based on existing research achievements and experiences learnt from earthquakes. The ultimate indicator weight has been specified according to its destruction identities in earthquakes; and it also proposes an approach to evaluate impacts on earthquake by lifeline system.
