核电厂循环水泵房电机梁的谐响应振动分析

【摘要】 针对核电厂机组运转时循环水泵房电机梁的振动问题,建立了结构的有限元模型,利用AN-SYS对模型结构进行了谐响应分析,以确定电机梁在机组运行状况下的最大内力及位移,为设计提供依据。首先,对结构模型进行了模态分析,确定谐响应分析的频率范围及设备运转振动是否与电机梁共振;然后,对模型施加动力简谐荷载,计算电机梁的最大位移响应及控制内力。计算结果表明,结构设计能够适应机器设备振动要求。

【Abstract】 In order to consider the vibrational problem of electiric machine-bearing beam in circulation water pump house,the finite element model of the slructure was established.Harmonic response analysis of the model structure was carried out by using ANSYS,and then the maximum force and displacement of the beam was calculated under the condition of the unit operation.First,on the basis of modal analysis,the frequency range of harmonic response analysis was determined and whether there is resonance between water pump equipment and beam vibration or not was researched.Second,the maximum displacement response and control force of the beam were calculated by applying the dynamic harmonic excitation on the model structure.The results show that the structure design can adapt to the request of machine and equipment vibration.
