【摘要】 2012年9月7日在云南省昭通市彝良县发生5.7级地震,造成大量村镇建筑物损坏和倒塌。对灾区村镇各类建筑结构的震害进行了初步分析,总结了此次地震的经验教训。提出了将村镇私人建房纳入审批管理程序,建立村镇建筑工匠的管理、培训与证件发放制度,进行村镇建筑抗震能力调研工作,政府给于适量补助,编制系列化的村镇建筑抗震技术规程和标准图集,重视概念设计等一系列防震减灾对策,为灾区重建和未来该类工程结构的抗震设计提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 On September 7,2012,a M5.7 earthquake occurred in Yiliang Count,Yunnan Province.The earthquake caused collapse and damage to lots of buildings.Based on the relevant information,the seismic damage to different types of structure in this earthquake was analyzed and the experiences and lessons were summarized.The disaster reduction countermeasures proposed include establishing administrative approval and management system of building construction,enhancing training of craftsman in respect of rural building,conducting seismic capacity investigation of rural housing,increasing government’s allowance,compiling rural housing’s seismic techncal rules and standards and paying attention to conceptual seismic design.These cuntermeasures can provide a reference to seismic design of this kind of engineering structure.更多还原
