【Abstract】 Based on the earthquake monitoring facilities construction characteristics,a comprehensive evaluation of the quota was carried out by use of gray correlation analysis On this basis,a comprehensive evaluation model of bidding appraisal was established,and combining with actual example,the advantage of the method in operability and quantification was illustrated.At the sametime,this paper puts emphasizes on practically operational method and technique of earthquake monitoring facilities construction quota to increase the scientificalness of earthquake monitoring facilities construction quota.更多还原
