汶川地震燃气管道震害分析及对策

【摘要】 基于汶川地震科学考察中得到的21个市县城区的燃气管道震害资料,对目前我国燃气管道建设中普遍使用的两种材质管道(钢管和PE管)的震害现象及其对管道系统功能的影响程度进行了归纳总结及对比研究,分析了不同材质管道的使用况状和平均震害率,探讨了燃气管道的致灾原因,并提出了减轻燃气管道震害的对策。结果表明:钢管的震害较重,PE管的震害较轻;新建管道比老旧、锈蚀的管道震害程度轻;庭院管道破坏严重,多因建筑物倒塌或坠落物所致;管道、设备和管件间的连接接口因变形不协调而震害较重;长输管道因地震引起的地质灾害而产生位移、弯曲或断裂。

【Abstract】 Based on seismic damage data of gas pipeline obtained through scientific investigation in 21 cities/counties,seismic damage characters and severity of gas pipeline which are made of two materials(steel and PE-polyurethane) were summarized and compared,and their impacts on gas supply function were studied.Then the use status of pipeline of different materials,the average rate of seismic damage and the reasons of causing damages were analyzed.And some earthquake resistant countermeasures were proposed to reduce the seismic damages.The results show that the seismic damage of steel pipeline is more serious than that of PE pipeline,the newly-built pipeline has lighter damage than the old or corrosive one,the seisimic damage of courtyard pipeline is serious mainly because of earthquake-caused structural collapses or fallen objects,the connecting interfaces between pipeline and pipeline,equipment or pipe fittings have heavy damage because of their uncoordinated deformation in the earthquake,and the displacement,bent or break of the long-distance pipeline is caused by the seismic geological disasters.
