尹庄尾矿库动力稳定分析及溃坝风险评价技术研究

【摘要】 近些年,尾矿库安全生产问题已成为我国面临的公共社会问题,特别是一些大型尾矿库由于连续运行数十年,尾矿库系统、周边环境、地形地质等都更加复杂。因此,开展尾矿库抗震能力计算和一旦溃坝造成危害程度的评估,对于进一步加强尾矿库安全管理,减少尾矿库对周边设施的威胁程度具有重要意义。文中以首钢矿业公司尹庄尾矿库为研究对象,对尾矿库浸润线和坝体位移日常观测数据进行了系统的统计分析,掌握了坝体内部渗流状况和坝体变形状况;在此基础上开展了尹庄尾矿库动力稳定分析,得到了尹庄尾矿库抗震能力安全等级;定量计算了尾矿库不同溃坝模式造成下游淹没范围和致灾程度;提出了加强尾矿库安全管理和进一步降低尾矿库溃坝风险的对策措施。

【Abstract】 In recent years,the issues on safe production of tailings ponds become the public and social problems in China,and particularly,some large tailings ponds have been operated for several consecutive decades,the tailings pond system,surrounding environment,physiography,geology,and other conelitions are more complex.Therefore,it is of great significance to compute the seismic capability of tailings ponds and evaluate the risk of dam collapse,which helps further reinforce the safe management of tailings ponds and reduce the threat of the tailings ponds to the facilities in their vicinities.The dynamic stability of Yinzhuang tailings pond is analyzed to get the class of seismic capability and safety of Yinzhuang tailings pond,the scope of downstream flooding and the level of disaster caused from the different modes of dam collapse of the tailings pond are quantitatively computed,and the countermeasures are put forward to reinforce the safe management of tailings pond safety and further reduce the risk of its dam collapse.
