不同埋深的钢管混凝土柱脚-基础锚固试验研究

【摘要】 大连国际会议中心结构的竖向承载和水平抗侧力体系主要由数个钢管混凝土叠合柱边框组合核心筒构成,保障核心筒钢管混凝土边框柱与混凝土基础的可靠锚固性能是其抗震设计的关键技术之一。以该工程核心筒边框柱-混凝土基础为原型,设计了2个不同柱脚埋深的1/5缩尺的钢管混凝土柱脚-钢筋混凝土基础组合试件,并对其进行了锚固工作性能试验。试验采用单向重复荷载,重点研究了柱脚埋深对组合试件的锚固承载力和延性性能的影响。试验结果表明:增大柱脚埋深能有效提高其锚固承载力和延性性能;2个试件原型的构造做法均可满足设计要求,其锚固是可靠的。

【Abstract】 The structure of Dalian Conference Center is composed of some composite core walls with concrete filled steel tube(CFT)column borders.So one of the key technologies is ensuring the anchorage reliability between the CFT column and the concrete foundation.In this paper,two 1/5 scale specimens of CFT column base embedded in concrete reinforced foundation were made based on engineering structures and tested under uniaxial repeated loading.Through the experiments,the effect of embedded depth on bearing capacity and ductility is studied.Tested results show that increasing embedded depth may effectively improve the anchorage performance of the CFT column base.The construction methods in engineering can meet design requirements,and the anchorage performance is reliable.
