【摘要】 目的分析总结2008年汶川县防疫经验,为制定今后的防疫策略提供依据。方法分析2008年汶川县卫生防疫工作和疫情,归纳总结卫生防疫工作经验。结果汶川县震后累计消杀面积11 848.95万m2,发放消毒药130吨,杀虫药10 415瓶;心理干预365 800人次;开展麻疹、甲肝、狂犬病、流感等疫苗适龄人群接种;开展饮水、食品和学校卫生监督,出具卫生监督意见书309份。2008年无甲类传染病,乙、丙类传染病16种,共410例,其他传染病107例。结论2008年汶川县无突发公共卫生事件发生,传染病等指标与往年同期相比略有降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse and summarize the experience of post-disaster epidemic prevention in Wenchuan County in 2008 after the Wenchuan earthquake of 12 May,2008,so as to provide the basis for development of suitable preventive strategies in future.Method The epidemic prevention work and endemic situation were analyzed and the experience was summarized.Result In 2008,the cumulative bactericidal and disinfection area reached 118 489 500m2 in Wenchuan County and 130 tons of disinfection drugs and 10 415 bottles of insecticides were released.A total of 365 800 person/time psychological intervention were conducted.Vaccination for measles,hepatitis A,rabies,influenza was carried out to corresponding population.Surveillance and inspection to drinking water,food and school hygiene were carried out routinely and 309 issues were reported for health surveillance and hygiene supervision.In 2008,there was no category A infectious diseases but 16 kinds of B and C infectious diseases happened which involved in 412 cases,and other infectious diseases involved 107 people.Conclusion In 2008,no public health emergencies happened in Wenchuan County,and compared with same period in previous years,health indices such as infectious diseases slightly decreased.更多还原
