【摘要】 目的比较针刺配合穴位注射治疗焦虑症与药物治疗的疗效。方法将325例地震后广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为治疗组186例和对照组139例。治疗组采用针刺董氏奇穴上三黄为主治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。结果两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺是治疗地震后广泛性焦虑症的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy of acupuncture plus acupuncture point injection with medication in treating anxiety.Methods Three hundred and twenty-five patients with post-earthquake generalized anxiety disorder were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 186 cases and a control group of 139 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture at Dong’s extraordinary points Shangsanhuang as main therapy and the control group,medication alone.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two group(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score and the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) score in the two groups(P<0.01) but no significant post-treatment differences between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective way to treat post-earthquake generalized anxiety disorder.更多还原
