流化床反应器的随机振动分析
RANDOM VIBRATION ANALYSIS OF FLUID BED REACTOR
【摘要】 依据可靠度设计原理,针对聚乙烯装置的核心设备——流化床反应器及其附属管道的随机振动问题,总结出一套预防振动的设计方法和评估手段。文章以一个实例,从应力专业角度阐述了评估流化床随机振动的方法。
【Abstract】 Based on reliability design concept,this article is to resolve the random vibration problems existing in the fluid bed reactor and its attached pipes which are the core equipments in the polythene project.And it sums up a full set of design and evaluation process to prevent vibration.By analyzing a real case,the article expatiates on the evaluation process on random vibration of fluid bed reactor system concerned by stress engineers.
