【摘要】 "道生法"是中国从封建社会向齐民社会历史性转变的过程中,黄老道家和法家为了适应新的社会形态,将抽象的"道"落实到行政、经济、法律和军事等各种制度中的一次思想实践。它深刻影响了后世中国社会的运作形态和治理理念,形成了与西方社会学不同的一种思路和话语,也因此为中国社会学贡献了一套完整而富启发性的思想体系和社会理想。在中国从事社会学研究,除注重儒学思想之外,还应当正视道法家传统的得与失,这样才能正确认识中国社会复杂性,进而生发出具有普遍解释力的本土理论。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Dao Generating Institutions" was an innovative intellectual movement led by Dao-legalists who committed themselves to implementing the abstract philosophical term "Dao" into administrative,economic, legal and military systems during the crucial transformation from feudal society to trimmed society in pre-Qin China. It deeply influenced the governance idea and practical operations of later Chinese society, formed a different school of social thought and discourse from the sociology developed in the West. It therefore contributed a set of complete and inspiring system of thoughts and social ideals to the Chinese sociology. For sociological studies in China, in addition to paying attention to Confucianism, sociologists should also face directly the achievements and defects of Dao-legalism tradition, so as to understand the complexity of Chinese society more appropriately and create our own local theories yet with general explanatory capacity.更多还原
