粤港澳大湾区区域经济一体化的理论与实践进展

【摘要】 粤港澳大湾区建设已经上升为国家战略,梳理其区域经济一体化的发展演化,明确未来发展方向,对促进粤港澳大湾区建成充满活力的世界级城市群具有重要意义。本文以区域经济一体化和经济全球化相关理论为基础,分析了从三角洲地理基础到建设湾区经济一体化高级形态的发展历程。结合粤港澳大湾区综合交通运输设施的建设和发展过程,论述了时空压缩效应下区域发展的均质化是粤港澳大湾区经济一体化的理论基础。产业发展、建设用地扩张和人口与快速城镇化的推进是粤港澳大湾区经济一体化的特色实践,共同推动区域"点—轴—面"的空间结构演化。基于此,本文从智能交通一体化发展、多极化空间格局、制度创新、公平发展和生态文明建设等方面阐述了粤港澳大湾区未来发展趋势。

【Abstract】 The construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Great Bay Area has become a national strategy. It is of great significance to sort out the development and evolution of its regional economic integration and to clarify the future development direction for promoting the construction of a dynamic world-class urban agglomeration in Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Great Bay Area. Based on the theory of regional economic integration and economic globalization, this paper analyses the development process from the geographical basis for the delta to the advanced form of economic integration in the Gulf Area. On the development of comprehensive transportation facilities in study area, this paper expounds that the homogenization of regional development under the effect of space-time compression is the theoretical basis for economic integration in this area. Industrial development, expansion of construction land, population and rapid urbanization are the characteristic practices of economic integration in this area, which jointly promote the evolution of the regional spatial structure of "point-axis-plane". The future development of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao Great Bay Area is elaborated from the aspects of integrative development of intelligent transportation, multi-polarization spatial pattern, institutional innovation, balanced development, and ecological civilization construction.
