天然气水合物生产系统流程的风险分析

【摘要】 从天然水合物沉积物中释放出来的烃类在海底气体收集网络中的运输与更传统的烃类生产面临的许多风险相同。人们熟知的是,有必要确保这些流体不会在流动网络中重新组合成水合物,保证可以流动。本文描述了一种评估产出水合物矿床运输流线中水合物形成的风险分析方法。通过澳大利亚海岸发现的典型测深,分析出其具有富含甲烷的天然水合物沉积物的流体特性。全面评估水合物形成的风险,基于蒙特卡罗模拟排污压力和成核温度的概率分析,与水合物形成的严重性的目标瞬态分析相结合,这种分析方法聚焦于天然气运输系统中水合物形成的机制。

【Abstract】 The transport of hydrocarbons released from natural hydrate sediments in the seabed gas collection network faces many of the same risks as more traditional hydrocarbon production. It is well known that it is necessary to ensure that these fluids are not recombined into hydrates in the flow network to ensure that they can move. This paper describes a risk analysis method to assess the formation of hydrates in the transport flow of the resulting hydrate deposits. The fluid characteristics of natural hydrate sediments rich in methane were analyzed by typical bathymetry found on the Australian coast. A comprehensive assessment of the risk of hydrate formation, based on the Monte Carlo probability analysis of simulated discharge pressure and nucleation temperature, is combined with a target transient analysis of the severity of hydrate formation, which focuses on the mechanism of hydrate formation in natural gas transportation systems.
