【Abstract】 When the news that the special envoy of the United States Marshall was to be sent to China reached China, the negotiation between Kuomintang and the Communist Party was facing new opportunities. Central Daily was responsible for the propaganda of the political proposition of Kuomintang. Before and after Marshall’s arrival in China, Central Daily actively propagandized Kuomintang, defamed the Communist Party and its army, interpreted American policies unilaterally, and defended the one party dictatorship of Kuomintang to seek the support of Marshall so as to consolidate the vested interests of Kuomintang.更多还原
