【摘要】 识别并分析影响大学生创新创业能力的关键因素,为科学评估高校创新创业教育效果和全面推进高校创新创业教育改革融入人才培养全过程提供了理论基础和现实指导。本文从利益相关者理论视角构建了大学生创新创业能力影响因素体系,运用相关系数法对影响因素的信息重复性约简,并采用DEMATEL方法对所有可能影响大学生创新创业能力的因素进行识别和分析因素之间的作用关系。最后,根据识别结果分析,有针对性地提出了提升高校大学生创新创业能力的建议和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Identifying and analyzing the key factors affecting college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the scientific evaluation of the effect of college innovation and entrepreneurship education and the comprehensive promotion of college innovation and entrepreneurship education reform into the whole process of talent cultivation. This paper constructs a system of influencing factors of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability from the perspective of stakeholder theory and deals with the information repeatability of influencing factors by using correlation coefficient method. Then DEMATEL method is used to identify and analyze all the factors that may affect college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Finally, according to the analysis of the identification results, some suggestions and measures are puts forward to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students.更多还原
