【摘要】 目的调查分析地震救援部队官兵皮肤病的发病特点,观察自制外用药物的疗效。方法对驻水磨镇的1 538名地震救援部队官兵进行皮肤病流行病学调查。根据发病特点,分别给予经针对性配制的专科外用药"水磨Ⅰ号"和"水磨Ⅱ号"治疗,每日6次;每3天回访统计1次,观察评定疗效。结果1538名救援官兵中确诊各种皮肤病患者612名(39.79%),其中虫咬皮炎为第一高发病例(231例,37.75%)。经自制外用药物"水磨Ⅰ号"或"水磨Ⅱ号"治疗后,虫咬皮炎治疗3 d的有效率为84.85%,6 d的有效率为93.94%。结论地震救援部队官兵皮肤病发病率明显增高。自制外用药物在特殊条件下对常见皮肤病的疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the characteristics of dermatosis in rescue troops for earthquake,and observe the therapeutic effects of self-prepared tropical drugs.Methods Epidemiologic survey on dermatosis was conducted in 1 538 rescue soldiers in Shuimo Town.Two specially-prepared topical drugs Shuimo No.1 and Shuimo No.2 were administered 6 times per day.Follow-up was conducted every three days,and therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results Among 1 538 rescue soldiers,612(39.79%)were diagnosed dermatosis.Insect bite dermatitis was most prevalent(231 cases, 37.75%).The effective rates for insect bite dermatitis were 84.85%and 93.94%,respectively after treatment for 3 days and 6 days with Shuimo No.1 and Shuimo No.2.Conclusion The incidence of dermatosis significantly increases in rescue troops for earthquake.The specially-prepared topical drugs may have favourable effects on the treatment of dermatosis.更多还原
