从汶川地震探讨中小学教学楼的抗震性能

【摘要】 根据汶川地震中小学教学楼震害资料,讨论了砌体结构、框架结构和框架-砌体混合结构的震害特点和震害原因,在讨论的基础上提出了几点建议:合理的建筑平面布置,采用延性结构体系和加强抗震构造措施等对提高建筑物抗震能力非常重要.

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of earthquake damage to elementary and middle school buildings during Wenchuan earthquake,the characteristics and causes of earthquake damage about masonry structure,frame structure and composite structure are discussed.According to the discussion,some important suggestions as to enhance seismic capacity of buildings are set forward,such as choosing the suitable layout of buildings,adopting ductile structural system and reinforcing the seismic fortification measures,etc..
