城市震害快速评估方法及系统建立

【摘要】 结合上海地区的震害特点及地震动监测能力,探讨建立城市震害快速评估系统的内容以及实现方法。以地震动加速度值、加速度值的持时、软土地震动反应、地震动卓越周期与构作物周期联系等作为参数,进行地震加速度与烈度等值线图速绘,能快速有效地估算地区的震害影响分布情况,有助于及时实施应急处置与抗震救灾。

【Abstract】 Based on seismic-related damage characteristics and the capacity for seismic monitoring in the Shanghai area,this paper seeks to establish a rapid assessment system for urban seismicity and a method for its implementation.Using ground acceleration,ground velocity,soft-land vibration reaction,and the predominant period of structures as the basic parameters,the system is able to quickly produce contour maps of seismic acceleration and seismic intensity,and to quickly and effectively estimate the regional distribution of seismic-related damage.Thus,the system could help the government to promptly conduct emergency measures and earthquake relief after a damaging seismic event.
