【Abstract】 Chinese cities generally use an information management system for urban underground pipelines based on a comprehensive survey of pipelines in the area.Huangpu district is the first area to use census results for this purpose.Based on their requirements,the project proposed several important aspects of the census scheme including the standard setting,workflow design,process implementation,and the configuration of key links and staff.更多还原
