水压爆破拆除技术在城区空心板桥中的应用

【摘要】 针对城区复杂环境下空心板桥水压爆破拆除工程,为解决交通组织难度大,确保管线安全,爆破飞石等防护,施工作业面长,施工量大等施工难题,在爆破中采用主桥自中间向两端逐跨原地坍塌爆破拆除、两端引桥桥台及基础弱松动爆破的方案,重点介绍水压爆破原理与计算,通过布置炮孔、计算药量、选择起爆网路等,设计实际爆破参数,制定施工要点与安全防护措施。此次爆破缩短工期,取得显著的经济效益。

【Abstract】 For the hydraulic blasting project of box-type bridges in complex urban environment,in order to solve the construction problems such as difficult traffic organization,pipeline safety,blasting and flying atone protection,long construction surface and large construction amount,the main bridge is demolished by collapse blasting from the middle to the two ends of each span in blasting,and the bridge abutment and foundation with weak looseness blasting at both ends are adopted. The principle and calculation of hydraulic blasting are introduced emphatically,and the actual blasting parameters,construction essentials and safety protection measures are designed by means of hole arrangement,calculation of charge and selection of blasting network. The hydraulic blasting method shortens the construction period, and achieves remarkable economic benefits.
