【Abstract】 It is common for Chinese corporations to participate in EPC projects abroad at present.Civil construction in EPC project is generally doing by local construction units while equipment installation is doing by domestic company.Therefore,new issues arise in construction management due to obstacles in language communication and difference in national conditions.By applying system control theory to concrete engineering practice,the authors proposes some management measures and methods for EPC projects outside China.更多还原
