超大结构倾斜度监测系统设计与应用
Design and Application of Gradient Monitoring System in Super Structure
【摘要】 基于传统的液位观测法,结合信息化技术和计算机数据处理方法,设计并实现了基于光电液位传感器的倾斜度实时在线监测系统,通过485总线将各光电液位传感器的数据传输到上位机进行实时处理,并在自行开发的人机界面上显示出结果。系统能够对微小的倾斜度(小于0.08°)进行在线实时监测,可在0.1 s内计算出结果,并且动态响应良好。结果表明,实时倾斜度监测系统具有安全性好、成本低、精度高等优点。
【Abstract】 Based on the optoelectronic liquid-level sensor and combined with information technology and computer data processing method,authors have designed and realized the real-time online monitoring system.The data of each optoelectronic liquid-level sensor will be transmitted to host computer through 485 bus and be real-time processed.And the result will be showed by the developed man-machine interface.The system can real-time online monitor the slight tilt(less than 0.08°) and calculate out the result in 0.1s and have a good dynamic response.The results confirm that the real-time monitoring system has advantages of good security,low-cost,high-precision etc.
