通长拉结钢筋限制混凝土空心砌块填充墙变形的试验和分析
Experiments and Analysis on Strain Restraint of Hollow Concrete Block Packed Wall with Whole Linked Pulling Steel Bar
【摘要】 通过不同湿度和不同拉结钢筋长度约束条件下混凝土小型砌块填充墙体干缩变形的对比试验,研究了水平拉结钢筋对砌块填充墙干缩变形的影响,并作了相应的机理分析。研究结果表明,在混凝土小型空心砌块填充墙中设置水平通长拉结钢筋可以有效地约束砌块填充墙的干缩变形,是限制混凝土空心砌块填充墙开裂的有效措施。
【Abstract】 Based on comparing tests between the drying shrinkage of small type concrete block packed wall at different air hummidity and different restraint condition of steel bar length,the effect of the level-direction pulling steel bar on the drying shrinkage of small type concrete block packed wall were studied.The corresponding mechanisms were also analyzed.The research results demonstrated that the drying shrinkage of concrete block packed wall could be restrained effectively by setting whole linked pulling steel bar.It is an effective measurement to restrain the crack of concrete hollow packed wall.
