J2EE耦合GIS&FLEX的淮河流域水环境预警与管理系统研发

【摘要】 在流域水环境预警模型研究的基础上,采用J2EE的分层架构,开发了基于WEBGIS的淮河流域水环境预警与管理系统。系统以ArcGIS Server为GIS平台,同时结合Google Map,构建了集本地矢量数据和远程影像数据于一体的空间数据环境。以FLEX为代表的富互联网应用技术的运用,在提升系统负载均衡性的同时,也丰富了系统客户端的表现力。该系统的研发,可为淮河流域水环境信息的数字化管理及流域水环境预警提供技术支撑平台。

【Abstract】 Water environment early warning and management are crucial to water resources protection for a river basin,and to improve their digitalization and efficiency,at present it is urgent to construct a support system to them by adopting latest information technology.In this study,a Huai River water environment early warning and management system was developed on the basis of a water environment early warning model according to the J2EE standards.This system integrates an ArcGIS server as its GIS platform and Google Maps API and works in a geospatial environment that couples local vector data and internet satellite images.It adopts a tool of rich internet application and development,Adobe FLEX that can balance the system loads better and also beautify the client pages.This new system provides a technical support to the digital information management and early warning of the Huai River basin water environments.
