【摘要】 目的采用液相色谱-高分辨质谱(UHPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap MS)和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)技术对疑似新精神活性物质样品检测,综合分析鉴定新精神活性物质。方法将可疑粉末样品用甲醇超声溶解,上清液供GC-MS、UHPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap MS检测;粉末样品直接用红外衰减全反射(ATR)装置检测;粉末样品溶解后用核磁氢谱(1H NMR)检测;所获检测结果进行谱库检索。结果粉末样品经综合分析鉴定为一种合成大麻素类新精神活性物质"MAB-CHMINACA",国内未见公开报道。结论建立的多技术联合检测方法可用于新精神活性物质化学结构的确认与鉴定。

【Abstract】 Objective To identify a new psychoactive substance, which is illegally circulating but has not been reported in our country, through the comprehensive use of GC/MS with special mass spectra library, UHPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap MS, FTIR with specific infrared spectra database, and NMR techniques. Method The sample extraction was performed with methanol in ultrasonic bath. Then the supernatant was analyzed by the GC/MS and the UHPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap MS. Moreover, the sample was directly detected by FTIR with the attenuated total reflection(ATR) sampler. The extracted and concentrated sample was also characterized with1 H NMR. Results A new psychoactive substance named MAB-CHMINACA was identified. Conclusion This approach can be used to detect new psychoactive substances and identify their structures.
