【Abstract】 Before the Sumatra M 8.7 and M 8.5 earthquakes of Indonesia and the Jiujjiang-Ruuichang M 5.7 earthquake in Jiangxi Province, the borehole strain data observed at Nantong station showed anomalous variations that were distinctively different from the curves recorded in previous years. The anomaly processes accorded in time with the above three earthquakes, providing some good cases for exploring the method of applying borehole strain data to earthquake prediction.更多还原
