【摘要】 地震往往会导致大量的截肢伤残患者,及时有效地对他们进行心理康复,利于减缓地震和截肢对他们造成的心理创伤,促进患者心理健康的重建。本文着重分析了地震截肢后患者的主要心理表现和影响因素,并对震后截肢患者出现的早期应激反应,焦虑、抑郁、自卑等负性情绪,以及患者对社交和幻肢疼痛的恐惧心理提出心理康复的原则和具体对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Earthquake always engenders a great number of patients with amputation.Timely and effective psychological rehabilitation are very helpful,especially for those survivors to relieve their psychological trauma response caused by earthquake and amputation,and renew their mental health.The present article analyzes the main psychological symptoms and influencing factors of amputated patients after earthquake,and further provides some principles and strategies of psychological rehabilitation,such as how to cope with the early stress response(anxiety,depression,self-abasement,and so on),or how to deal with social communication phobia and pain fantasy.更多还原
