青川县马鹿乡地震灾后恢复重建的地质灾害危险性评估

【摘要】 5·12汶川地震及次生山地地质灾害给青川县造成了重大的人员和财产损失。为加快青川灾后重建规划的步伐、科学编制规划,为灾后选址提供科学依据,根据相关要求,由浙江省地质矿产研究所承担青川县马鹿乡地质灾害危险性评估任务。在充分收集遥感影像、区域地质、环境地质、气象水文等资料和野外调查的基础上,通过地质灾害现状评估、预测评估和综合评估,认为规划用地现状地质灾害规模小,不会直接威胁规划用地内工程的安全;规划用地内工程建设诱发地质灾害可能性小,危险性小;工程建设遭受地质灾害可能性小,危险性小,规划地块作为马鹿乡灾后恢复重建规划用地是适宜的。

【Abstract】 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake and it’s secondary geology disaster have brought about significant personnel and property loss to Qingchuan. To quicken the step of the Qingchuan rebuilding plan after earthquake,compile the plan scientifically,and provide scientific basis for location selecting,Zhejiang institute of geology and mineral resources takes on the task of appraise for geology disaster fatalness to Malu Qingchuan. On the base of collecting data sufficiently such as remote sensing image,areal geology ,environment geology,and weather and hydrology etc,through current situation appraise,forecast appraise and synthetical appraise,result is that the current geology disaster’s scale and hazardous is small within the plan region,it cat’t threaten the project directly,the possibility of causing geology disaster to happen about the project is small,the possibility of suffering from geology disaster is small. So it is proper for the plan land using for rebuilding region to Malu Qingchuan.
