遥感在重大自然灾害监测中的应用前景——以5·12汶川地震为例
Natural Hazards Monitoring Using Remote Sensing——A Case Study of 5·12 Wenchuan Earthquake
【摘要】 2008-05-12四川省汶川县境内发生8.0级地震,全国多个单位投入科技力量,为抗震救灾献言献策,其中遥感技术发挥了重要作用。遥感在这次汶川地震灾害监测与评估中主要起到了灾情速报、救灾空间信息保障、次生灾害动态监测和灾区重建规划等作用。通过对这次全国性的地震灾害遥感监测工作的总结与分析,指出了自然灾害遥感监测中存在的问题,并对以后的发展趋势进行了分析。
【Abstract】 One heavy earthquake with MS8.0 occurred on May 12,2008 in Wenchuan County,Sichuan province.After the earthquake,almost all the space-born and air-born remote sensing facility in China were used to monitor the serious disaster.There are four important functions which include disaster situation quick report,spatial information support,dynamic monitoring of secondary disasters and reconstruction planning that remote sensing has took.Through the war between human and earthquake,a lot problem about remote sensing used in natural hazard monitoring has been exposed.Lastly,the oriented development of remote sensing’s function in natural hazard monitoring is discussed at our viewpoint.
