忻州市农村房屋抗震设防现状及对策

【摘要】 忻州市地处山西地震带的中北部,地震活动分布广、强度大、震源浅、震害重,历史上曾发生过5级以上地震14次,其中7级以上强震3次,是山西乃至华北地震带的强震发生区,也是未来的强震危险区,因此抗震设防形势严峻.本文通过实地调查,对忻州农村房屋的类型及其抗震性能等加以分析,发现忻州市农村1990年以后新建的砖混、框架结构、砖木结构新房可达8°抗震设防能力;1990年以后新建的其他房屋,如窑洞、土柸房、草木房等不具抗震能力;1990年以前建设的大都属于危房级别.本文针对这一现状,结合忻州市农村房屋特点,提出忻州市农村房屋抗震设防能力的提升对策.

【Abstract】 Xinzhou municipality is located in north-central part of the Shanxi seismic belt,Earthquake affected large area,intensity is immense,original spot is shallow,and losses are serious,There are 8 times in history when earthquake was measured above 5 magnitude. Among them,3 times of strong shock above 7 magnitudes. Xinzhou is the area where had happened strong shocks in Shanxi even in north china,and also would-be strong shock happen area. So the situation of earthquake fortification is hard. Through a field investigation,this paper analyses the types of rural housing and its earthquake resistant capability and find out the building,which build after 1990 and of concrete and brick structure,reinforced concrete,and post and panel structure can arrive 8° earthquake fortification capability. Other buildings which also built after 1990,just as cave dwellings and sun-dried and brick houses,cannot be anti-seismic. The houses which built before 1990,belong to hazardous building. According to the current situation,this paper,which is combining of the features of rural house in Xinzhou,puts forward the countermeasures for the anti-quake capacity of rural house’s in Xinzhou.
