论宋代的自然灾害与荒政
Natural Disasters and the Negligence of Government Affairs in Song Dynasty
【摘要】 文章从四个方面:宋代的自然灾害、宋代荒政政策与制度、宋代荒政实效蠡测、荒政与宋朝社会,较为全面地总结和概括了宋代自然灾害与荒政的十五个特点。
【Abstract】 The paper offers a systematic analysis of natural disasters and the negligence of government affairs in Song Dynasty by zooming in on the following four aspects,namely natural disasters,practices of negligence vs.government institutions,the results of negligence,and negligence vs.society.It also summarizes the fifteen characteristics in relation to this.
