【摘要】 我国内地青少年抗逆力社会工作服务已经逐渐发展出四个基本特点:从"问题视角"到"优势视角"服务理念视角的转变;"个人—家庭—学校—社区"联动服务体系的构建;抗逆力社会工作服务呈现多样化的特征;系统化服务模式的形成。在发展过程中出现了优势视角理念应用缺失限定性、青少年的自主性被忽视、本土化过程带来的挑战以及服务模式推广性不强等问题。建议社会工作者加强理论研究,避免简单的拿来主义;对自主性进行指标化,融入到具体服务中;进行本土化探索和建构本土话语体系;建立"政府+社工"体系化的抗逆力培育模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four basic characteristics have been gradually developed in the social work service for adolescent resilience in mainland China: the change from the perspective of problem to the perspective of strength; construction of " Individual--Family--School--Community" linkage service system; the social work service of resilience presents the characteristic of diversification; the formation of a systematic service model. In the process of development,there are some problems,such as the lack of limitation in the application of the concept of strength perspective,the neglect of teenagers’ autonomy,the challenges brought by the localization process,and the lack of strong promotion of service mode. It is suggested that social workers should strengthen theoretical research and avoid simple copinism,indexing autonomy into specific services,explore the localization and construct the native discourse system,and stablish the "Government + Social Workers" systematic stress training model.更多还原
