不同溃口位置及形式下小型圩区溃堤洪水风险分析

【摘要】 滁河流域中下游孟骆圩段洪涝灾害频发,历史上多次发生溃决。为分析孟骆圩溃堤后圩区洪水演进,采用MIKE FLOOD耦合模型,分析同一溃口位置在渐变溃、瞬溃、先瞬溃后渐变溃三种溃口形式下溃口处水位、流量等变化规律,并针对同一溃口形式,分析干流溃决、支流溃决、干流支流共同溃决方案下洪水演进。结果表明,溃堤后洪水过程与溃口形式、溃口位置、溃口数量有关,孟骆圩溃堤后圩区内最高水位为瞬溃>先瞬溃后渐变溃>渐变溃。

【Abstract】 The flood disaster of Mengluo polder areas section in the middle and lower reaches of the Chuhe river basin occurred frequently.For analyzing Mengluo polder areas burst flood routing,MIKE FLOOD model was used to analyze the water level,discharge and other changes of water conservancy elements at the mouth of the breach under three types of breach forms,namely,gradual breach,instantaneous breach,and first instantaneous breach then gradual breach.For the same position of the breach,the flood routing was analyzed under the schemes of main stream breach,tributary breach,combination breach of main stream and tributary.The process of flood after dike breach is related to the form,location and quantity of the breach.The instantaneous collapse of the highest water level is greater than that of the initial collapse and then the gradual collapse,and it is greater than the gradual collapse.
