卧底管-悬链线立管严重段塞流数值模拟
Numerical simulation of severe slugging in pipeline–catenary riser
【摘要】 POT深海油气田投产前优选并构建了卧底管-悬链线立管集输系统,严重段塞流的预防及影响因素分析至关重要。该文基于卧底管-悬链线立管结构参数及生产参数设计,应用OLGA软件对管线内的流动进行数值模拟,计算分析产量和气液比等生产参数对流型的影响,预测严重段塞流并描绘严重段塞流的流型特征,监测不同产量及气液比情况下立管内最大液塞长度及立管底部最大压力波动值。计算结果表明,卧底管-悬链线立管结构参数设计合理,设计的生产参数范围内不会产生严重段塞流,而在低产量情况下严重段塞流特征规律明显。计算分析产量及气液比与流型的关系,绘制了严重段塞流流型区间预测图。计算得出立管内最大液塞长度及立管底部最大压力波动值,着重分析节流法在抑制严重段塞流中的效果,得到节流阀开度为0.2的POT深海油气田最优化结果,为严重段塞流的预防提供依据。
【Abstract】 The pipeline-catenary riser gathering and transportation system is optimized and constructed before the POT deep-water oil and gas field putting into production. The prevention of severe slugging and the analysis of its influencing factors is very important. This paper is based on the structural parameters and the production parameters design of the pipeline-catenary riser.The flow in the pipeline is simulated by OLGA software. The effects of production parameters, such as production, gas-liquid ratio,on the flow pattern are calculated and analyzed, predicting severe slugging and characterizing the flow pattern of severe slugging.The maximum liquid slug length in the riser and the maximum pressure fluctuation at the bottom of riser are measured under different production and gas-liquid ratio. The results show, the design of structure parameters of pipeline-catenary is reasonable,and severe slugging does not occur within the design production parameters, however the characteristic of severe slugging is obvious at low production. The relationship between the production, gas-liquid ratio and the flow pattern is calculated and analyzed. The prediction map of severe slugging flow pattern is drawn. The maximum liquid slug length in the riser and the maximum pressure fluctuation at the bottom of the riser are calculated. The effect of the throttling method in suppressing the severe slug flow is analyzed. The optimal opening result of the POT deep-sea oil and gas field is obtained when the throttle opening is 0.2 and the basis for the prevention of severe slug flow is provided.
