方钢管混凝土柱外环肋节点及其改进型破坏模式研究

【摘要】 通过对方钢管混凝土柱-钢梁外环肋节点的拟静力试验研究和数值分析,探讨了节点的变形特征和破坏模式,指出外环肋节点虽然可满足抗震设计的要求,但存在节点承载力偏小、节点焊缝应力集中等缺陷。借鉴圆钢管混凝土结构中的内锚构造,提出改进型外环肋节点,即在钢管混凝土柱内壁增设"T"型或"L"型内锚。通过对改进型外环肋节点单调加载理论分析,研究了节点各组件受力情况和节点的荷载-位移曲线,指出改进型节点的内锚增强了混凝土的约束效应,显著提高了节点的承载力。

【Abstract】 The deformation behavior and the failure mode of steel beam to concrete-filled square steel tube column connections with outer stiffening ring were discussed through quasi-static tests and numerical analysis.It is concluded that though it can meet requirements of seismic design,the connection has disadvantages of low bearing capacity and stress concentration at welds.However,the connection can be improved by adding"T"or"L"anchors inside the square steel column like details in concrete-filled circular steel tube column.According to the analysis of monotonic loading process which contains stress and P-Δcurves of connections,the improved connection shows higher capacity as a result of restraining effect of anchors.
