冲击地压预测预报与防治成套技术研究

【摘要】 华丰煤矿是我国冲击地压灾害最严重的矿井之一,随着开采深度的增加,冲击地压越来越严重地威胁着矿井安全生产。因此,采用微地震监测技术,结合覆岩空间结构理论,进行冲击地压预测预报与防治成套技术研究非常有意义。通过研制微地震数据处理软件,实现了微地震监测结果的可视化,并能对微地震监测结果进行及时处理;通过采场覆岩空间结构运动和关键层运动诱发冲击地压的机理研究,找到了冲击地压监测预警新技术。实践应用证明,该套技术能成功地预报大型冲击地压,以便及时采取卸压和防护措施,保证矿井安全,取得了显著的社会经济效益。

【Abstract】 Huafeng Colliery is one of the mines threatened by most serious rock bursts,and becomes more and more serious with the increase of mining depth.For this reason,Huafeng Colliery carried out the research on complete techniques for prediction and control of rock bursts by adopting micro-seismic monitoring technique and combining with the spatial structure theory of overlying strata.The micro-seismic monitoring result is visible and is handled promptly by data processing software of micro-seismic monitoring.The new rock burst predicting technique was obtained based on the study on the mechanism of spatial structure movement of overlying strata and key layer movement inducing rock bursts in working faces in Huafeng Colliery.The practical application proved that the complete techniques could predict many large-scale rock bursts successfully,so as to take measures of pressure discharge and control in time and ensure the safe production of mines,achieving the remarkable social and economic benefits.
