【Abstract】 Application status of wavelet theory in data compress of earthquake, filtering processing of disturbing acceleration in aerial gravity surveying, harmonic analysis of gravity solid tide was introduced in this paper, we concluded some common characters of application of wavelet theory to geodesy,analyzed its application features in geodesy, and discussed new application prospect of wavelet theory in geodesy.
