【摘要】 汶川地震给我国造成巨大人员伤亡、经济损失和精神创伤,震害暴露出我国在普通建筑层面抗震安全性认识不足。建筑物的抗震性能不仅取决于结构设计因素,总体规划时就应注意避免在发震断裂带上建设城镇,减少地质灾害产生重大损失的概率;单体建筑设计应注意特殊造型会加剧地震作用的影响;施工质量和过程管理也是保证结构抗震安全的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 WenChuan earthquake has caused tremendous life and economic losses and huge mental hurt.The Earthquake reveals a shortage of consciousness in earthquake resistant designs for common buildings.Buildings’ earthquake resistant performance depends on its structural design,but more importantly,we should avoid building cities on the fracture zone so as to reduce the probability of heavy loss caused by geological disasters.As for the design of single building, attention should be paid that unusual shapes will aggravate the impact by earthquake.In addition,quality control and process management during construction are important to assure the earthquake resistance of structure.更多还原
