CFRP布加固古建筑木构架抗震试验

【摘要】 为保护古建筑,采用试验方法,研究了CFRP布加固榫卯节点后木构架的抗震性能。基于故宫太和殿某开间的实际尺寸,制作了1∶8比例的4梁4柱榫卯连接木结构空间框架模型。采用人工加载方式,进行了低周反复加载试验,其中加固前构架试验做了3组,加固后构架试验做了2组。通过试验,获得了构架的力—侧移滞回曲线,分析了构架的骨架曲线、耗能能力、刚度退化及变形能力。结果表明:CFRP布加固榫卯节点后,虽然构架耗能能力略有下降,但节点拔榫尺寸减小,构架的侧移刚度和承载力提高,刚度退化不明显,且构架具有较好的变形能力,因此具有较好的加固效果。

【Abstract】 To protect Chinese ancient building,aseismic behaviors are studied by experiments of Chinese ancient wooden structure strengthened by CFRP sheets.Based on actual sizes of some part of Tai-He Palace in the Forbidden City,wooden frame models with a scale of 1∶ 8 of the prototype structure are built considering tenon-mortise connections.By manual loading means low cyclic reversed loading tests are carried out with 3 unstrengthened models and 2 CFRP strengthened models.In the experiments,load-displacement hysteretic curves as well as skeleton curves of the models are obtained,and the energy dissipation capability,stiffness degradation as well as deformation performance of each model are studied.Results show that although the structural energy dissipation capacity decreased slightly after the model is strengthened by CFRP sheets on tenon-mortise location,the node pull tenon size reduces,its lateral stiffness and bearing capacity improve,its stiffness degradation is not obvious,and it still has good deformation performance.Therefore,CFRP has a better reinforcement effect.
