【Abstract】 After 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake in China,it has been becoming a priority work of the government for seismic appraisal and strengthening of primary and middle school buildings.Taking the school buildings in Jinan as a sample,the paper analyzes the specialty of primary and middle school buildings in rural areas.The sequence and method of seismic appraisal are discussed in the paper,and a combined structural column between stairs is put forward.The paper also discusses the earthquake-resistant datailing requirements and calculation for seismic problem in the second level appraisal,stipulated in Standard for Seismic Appraisal of Buildings(GB50023—2009).更多还原
