历史建筑的隔震加固技术研究

【摘要】 应用隔震技术对历史建筑进行加固,不仅可以提高它的抗震能力,而且可以保护它原有的建筑风貌。本文研究了历史建筑的隔震加固技术,对隔震支座的布置原则、隔震结构的计算方法和隔震加固的施工工艺进行了探讨,提出了一种由滑板和橡胶支座构成的组合隔震系统。通过计算地震反应,分析了采用全部铅芯橡胶支座和组合系统进行加固的隔震效果。研究表明:与非隔震结构相比,采用全部铅芯橡胶支座隔震,可使层间地震剪力减小到30%~35%;采用组合系统隔震,可使层间剪力减小到25%~30%,两者均有明显隔震效果。

【Abstract】 The technology of seismic isolation which is used to strengthen the historical buildings not only heightens its seismic ability,but also preserves its original architectural features.The research on the technology of seismic isolation are proposed in this paper,such as the principles of setting seismic isolation bearing and the way to calculate the seismic isolation structures.The construction technology of seismic isolation retrofit technique is also discussed.Meanwhile,a combined seismic isolation device with sliding and lead rubber bearing is also proposed.In this paper,isolation effect is introduced through calculating the seismic response in which lead-rubber bearing and combined seismic isolation support are respectively used.As the seismic shear is concerned,the former method takes 30%~35% of non-seismic isolation structure,and the latter one takes 25%~30%.Both of them exert obvious effect of seismic isolation.
