烟煤、贫煤及其混煤氮热解释放特性试验研究

【摘要】 试验研究了烟煤、贫煤及其混煤在管式炉热解过程中氮的析出特性,探讨了煤质特性、运行参数对氮析出特性的影响。试验结果表明:随煤化程度加深,氮的热解释放速率及最终释放百分比明显降低;加热速率越大,煤中氮的热解释放率越高;加热终温越高,氮的热解释放百分比越大;颗粒愈粗,氮的热解释放时间越长。混煤中氮的析出与单煤也有一定的相似性;随着混煤中含氮量的增加,热解过程中氮的析出率基本上保持线性增长。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of the Nitrogen releasing from different coal pyrolyzing in the tube furnace were studied in this paper.The effects of operating parameters,coal property on the characteristics of the Nitrogen releasing were discussed.The experimental results showed: the Nitrogen releasing rate and ultimate yield decreased with increasing coal rank,the Nitrogen releasing yield increased with high heating rate or high ultimate temperature,liking that of whole volatile;the Nitrogen releasing characteristics of blended coals like basically that of single coal;with the increase of the Nitrogen proportion of blended coals,the Nitrogen release proportion increased linearly.
