平舒煤矿联络巷防突支护技术及安全措施研究

【摘要】 为解决煤与瓦斯突出煤层工作面联络巷的有效支护和安全掘进问题,采用HRB335高强度左旋无纵筋螺纹钢锚杆,1860型Φ17.8mm钢绞线锚索,配合可调心拱形高强托盘和高强调心球垫,在提供巷道围岩足够支护强度的同时确保支护体具有一定的抗变形和让压能力,实现了突出煤层联络巷的有效支护。采用区域防突、局部防突等综合防突措施,进一步保障了煤与瓦斯突出煤层巷道的安全掘进。该技术为相似地质条件矿井巷道的安全有效支护提供了借鉴。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of effective support and safe excavation of contact roadway in coal and gas outburst coal seam face,HRB335 high strength left-handed non-longitudinal ribbed steel bolt was applied withΦ17.8 mm steel strand anchor cable,and adjustable center arch high strength pallet and high stress core ball cushion were adopted to ensure adequate support strength of roadway surrounding rock while providing sufficient support strength.The supporting body has a certain ability of resisting deformation and yielding pressure,which realizes the effective support of outburst coal seam connection roadway.Comprehensive outburst prevention measures such as regional outburst prevention and local outburst prevention are adopted to further ensure the safe driving of coal and gas outburst coal seam roadways.This technology provides a reference for the safe and effective support of mine roadways under similar geological conditions.
